What we offer?
Career discovery. A one-on-one assessment that focuses on what you can do and what you want to do — your interests, your strengths, your goals. We don’t lead with what you can’t.
Job-readiness coaching. Resume writing, interview practice, workplace communication, and the soft skills employers value. Coaching is offered virtually, in person, and in groups.
Employer matching. We work with employers across industries who have committed to disability-inclusive hiring. We don’t waste your time on roles that won’t accommodate you.
Accommodations support. We help you understand what accommodations you may need, how to request them, and your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
On-the-job coaching. A job coach can support you through your first 90 days — or longer if you need it. Communication with your manager, troubleshooting, advocating for yourself: we help you build the toolkit.
Long-term career growth. A first job is a start, not the goal. We stay engaged for promotions, pivots, and next steps.
How to get started?
Submit an interest form — five minutes, no commitment.
Intake conversation — a 30-minute call with an ALIGN coach, in person or virtual, your choice.
Build your plan — together, we map out what services and supports will help most.
Who’s eligible?
Adults 16+ with a documented disability who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Some programs (especially those funded through state vocational rehabilitation or WIOA) have additional eligibility criteria — we’ll walk you through it.
